On this site there is a lot of information and encourgement on the quest that we all share.
That dreaded need to lose weight, and lose it for good.

As I work to gather this information I will be adding products that will give me an affiliate comission- I say this to remain open and honest here.
I am hoping that the time that I put in to building out this site, and filtering all the garbage information will get me some compensation, after all, bloggin is a time consuming process.
